The Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering (TGGS), King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, hosted the Advisory Board Meeting 2026 on 20 February 2026 to present institutional progress and discuss future directions. The meeting provided a platform for sharing performance updates, exchanging strategic recommendations, and strengthening collaboration among academic, industry, and international partners, reflecting the continued momentum driving TGGS forward.
During the session, Prof. Unalome Wetwatana Hartley, head of the CATRE laboratory, presented notable research achievements, highlighting advancements in engineering innovation. The program also featured an immersive Virtual Reality (VR) platform simulating a chemical laboratory, offering participants a hands-on digital experience. This demonstration illustrated the potential of VR to enhance education, training, and research capabilities.
