Professor Dr. Unalome Wetwatana Hartley, Director of the CATRE Laboratory, welcomed H.E. Mr. Mark Gooding, OBE, in celebration of the 170th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the United Kingdom and Thailand.

The visit also highlighted ongoing research collaboration supported by the UK government through funding from the Royal Academy of Engineering (RAEng) and the British Council, including IAPP, TSP, and ISPF programs.

CATRE’s research focuses on global challenges such as climate change, pollution, and energy transition, with emphasis on clean energy, waste management, the circular economy, and hydrogen technology.
